A report formed by two leading analysts Gene Munster and Douglas Clinton states that Apple is going to launch 5 new products this year that includes its extremely anticipated TV set. They attempted to predict the unpredictable, that is, the Apple’s product calendar. They also said that these new products may become the beginning of a great change in the products of Apple in 2014.

Described below are the new and possible tempting products that will be expected by Apple this year.

1. Apple Radio

Expected in March 2013

Apple radio, a free radio service, would be able to make money via profit gained through ads. Discussions about this Apple radio have been constantly ongoing since October. Now its release in March 2013 is no more a surprise. This radio service will probably be a part of iTunes that will set a serious competition for Pandora. According to a report, Pandora’s stock cut down to about 12% exactly after the day when Bloomberg News stated the likelihood of Apple radio release in October.

2. iPad mini with Retina Display

Expected in March 2013

Apple is about to launch iPad mini with retina display that is the combination of both the best products of Apple that are iPad with ratina display and iPad mini. According to Digitimes, 3 million iPads with retina display and 8-10 million iPad mini were sold by Apple over a single weekend in 2012.

With this new device Apple hopes and expects to maintain its place in the tablet market. Theoretically, a retina display is to make the pixels almost impractical to detect from a normal distance which enables it to provide a crystal clear image on the screen. The present iPad mini display has 1024×768 resolution.

3. iOS 7

Expected in June 2013

Apple’s iOS 6 upgrade annoyed users as it eliminated Google Maps and YouTube apps and introduced their own Apple’s Maps. These were not good enough to use and facilitate its users due to which CEO Tim Cook asked for an apology to customers and encouraged them to use other competitors’ apps until the issue is resolved. Holding this great pressure of management unexpected defeat, Apple is now coming up with an iOS 7.

4. iPhone 5S

Expected in June 2013

Some reports state that iPhone 5S will come out earlier may be in June, but the analysts Gene Munster and Douglas Clinton think that it will be released in September. More accurately, iPhone 5S is considered to be a September release as iPhone 4S was also released in September 2011. An updated camera and a long lasting battery life is expected by the users. Physically, it’ll be same as iPhone 5, but the difference lies in the apps and stuff inside.

5. Apple Television

Expected in November 2013

Timing for this release of Apple Television just before holidays makes sense. Apple customers are still not sure whether this release will hit the market or not. Analysts Gene Munster and Douglas Clinton predicted a measure for an Apple TV to be 42” to 55” and cost ranges between £1009 and £1345. Equally sized LCD and Plasma TVs of Samsung and Panasonic all ranges under £672, but compared to that Apple always offers high quality at a high price.
